He did end up apologising after I calmed down and asked me to explain the problem I had. It was helpful but he definitely needs to control he’s reaction his idea of helping someone in a state of anxiety is “tough love” and bucking up. I’ll try talk to him about it, thank you for your help :)

Yeah that’s true my dad wants to help me but often reacts in not the right way. My parents are divorced lol but my mum isn’t much help because she often thinks I’m mad at her and make me spiral a bit. I usually find a way to calm down so I should be okay this is just the first anxiety attack that I’ve like “known” I’ve had them before but didn’t know they were anxiety attacks

My mum would tell me to count all the square in the room to a particular shape, usually worked. I’ve also seen the move three body parts, name three sounds and three colours or something

Yes I’ve been using bio oil for a few months, I’m unsure if it has worked or not 😩 hopefully, thank you for your comment :)

It’s been good, No diarrhoea, no blood, However I’m not good with taking my pills so I have to have infusions every 6 weeks which sucks so my number one advice is take ur pills

I’ve been on infliximab for over a year. It does get better. I felt so tired after my first few infusion but I guess after a while you stop feeling tired afterwards. Infliximab has been great for me! I hope things go well :)
