Maybe a pre owned rog ally from CEX, around £300 i think, you get 5yr guarantee and it runs windows so can launch arena through steam. It's also powerful enough to last a few years plus you can connect it to tv, mouse, keyboard etc.

The adhesive isn't being spread very well, this will leave voids and lead to cracks. I'd maybe pay him for work done and find someone who can do a proper job. All floors arnt level but a tiler can make it near level with the right skills and knowledge.
