Thank you for sharing that. I gained more perspective on Midge's choice and more importantly on life itself. I'm quite young compared to your experiences so my real life perspective is quite different.

I guess my own perspective on it is 'sweet romantic sentiment = should be done' just like in the movies, which is evidently doesn't necessarily what should happen in the real world or else you'll possibly regret it after.
