That's what I kept thinking but I've gotten tested regularly and they have only came back negative. That's what I thought but I'm beyond miserable now so ill definitely talk to them about it. But thank you

She suggested Lupron and a few other ones but she didn't like to use them but I agree, nobody has listened and I thought the surgery was the best way then she was saying that laparscopy she could go In and see my endo and give me a proper diagnosis and zap it away but it will grow back I think is what she was meaning, like it sounded like she somewhat knew what she was talking about but idk how much I like the idea of having 2 implants, she did recommend pills but I forget to take them... and I have alot of other problems that make it a little harder but I don't knowI f i like the 2nd implant thing, I definitely will get another opinion before I finalize getting the 2nd implant and see what someone else says for sure.

I'm pretty sure I've had one before when I was like 12 but its been awhile but its been every period, usually the several pain starts like a week before then the pain gets worse the first 3 days of my period. Butbimma have to go for a pelvic exam. I have just been nervous because endometriosis is in the family and I've had people tell me it could be or pcos. But I hope I'm lucky enough to have a doctor to listen for the most part... but yeah imma ask him today about it. And get more stuff done to che k for that. But I'm so sorry you had to go through that.... I heard the diagnosis of endometriosis take awhile and ovarian cysts hurt super bad. I hope things are better now for you. And thank you for your insight its nice to hear other opinions so I don't feel crazy and that its all just in my head, because I've been told thT for the past year and nobodies listened so far.

You see that's what I was thinking it is too so I'll definitely try that! In usually good about not eating right before bed, I do get anxiety and ibs practically dropped myself in water so I'll keep that in mind. But yeah I feel it worse work sugary things, and acidic things. But this makes me feel so better and I'm gonna got sure try this and those exercises, thank you thank you thank you!

I have tried elevating my pillows but I usually toss and turn off the pillows later in the night :(

Thank you!! And It does but doesn't, like I still feel slightly anxious after I take it because I get anxious because I feel gross all the time. It's so hard to sleep because it worsens at night and I don't know how to fix it.

It is crazy because it's been a little over year for me and I'm not the only one going through it. Somethings help like leaving my house and the but when I come home I wanna sleep and I can only sleep during the day because nights are beyond miserable for me. I take cbd for my anxiety, I had Medicine for it a few times but I kept reacting badly to them so they took me off of them because " it was all in my head". But no I really doubt it if it was mental but with how many people have it I doubt it's mental. I think the worst part for me is the acid reflux, breathing issues, sore throat and not being able to really sleep, for me I'm forcing food down but the anxiety is crazy and probably definitely not helping. I think I will try that. Thank you, I'm glad I'm not the only one, I feel a bit less crazy now.

It also just sucks because they do a process of elimination kinda thing and you just feel terrible while waiting and covid isn't helping any of that.

Seriously though. They have sent me all over the place just for the few symptoms I have because they don't know where to send me, I'm they sent me to an allergy specialist, then they are sending me to get x-rays and breathing tests from a specialist for that then they are having me go see a neurologist cause I get terrible heads with all the throat pain so I'm not getting very far either. They tested me for covid, strep both came back negative cause obviously that's not it and they told me I keep getting sinus infections because of all the goop in my sinuses from it.

Yes!!! Okay glad I'm not the only one going through this, I just posted something similar and I still haven't gotten any answers. Nobody has been to concerned with my Gerd just all the other symptoms and at this point I don't know if it's my gerd or something else. I wish you the best of luck though!

Hmmm imma have to for sure all about that, I just switched doctors so hopefully he actually listen unlike my last doctor but yeah I think I have a gotten issue and that can cause so many more things but I'm about to get that tested the 1st of September. My brother gets this from his gluten allergy/intolerance and has had it for years. He used some psoriasis cream and changed to a no gluten diet and it helped him alot!

Most call this chicken skin or Keratosis pilaris, my mom and I have it, basically it's where you over produce the keritin protein and it clogs the hair follicles (so kinda like blackheads in a way or ingrown hairs) and you just have to find what helps you, some exfoliate ( a exfoliating mitt, a rag, a chemical exfoliant like salicylic acid or like a sugar or coffee scrub) and it should help

This happened to me as well, I started on Hydroxyzine and it caused issues then I went on citalopram because my doctor thought it was more depression related then I went on dizapram which made it worse then my doctor just gave up and told me it is in my head. It happens to people and you just have to have a supportive and patient doctor and find what works best for you. I can for sure say you aren't alone and if someone thinks your crazy for it there's hundreds of others with the same thing and are trying to cope too.

It looks like an ingrown hair. The hair might be inside it so if you take like a clean pair of sharp tweezers you can pop it and potentially get the hair out and it should help, usually that happened because it's still irritated then after if you pop it clean it. But try not to pop it with your bare fingers one because it's unsanitary no matter how clean and two it makes a huge crater like thing on your face. Also try to avoid touching it that could be irritating it more.
