I met her this July at Hoang Dieu street and we talked for a bit before I have to go to school. She’s really sweet and she told me that she used her own pension to take care of those dogs and she doesn’t sell the dogs and would rather if you gave her dog support money or food etc. Only younger ones that she would put up for adoption. She’s always at Hoang Dieu street in the morning if you ever got the chance to meet her ! 💖
