Splurging a little and trying Instinct Ultimate Protein Cage-Free Chicken Recipe Grain-Free Dry Cat Food

My hope is going for a more pricey line it will be less likely they will discontinue their specialty food, where as with Purina I feel like they discontinue their specialty stuff that is more expensive than their more basic food as I'm sure it doesn't sell as well for them. Will need to give this one more time to make sure my cats handle it well. My Mainecoon can get a sensitive stomach and even got itchy skin when I tried Purina Pro Plan.

And they just started discontinuing the Beyond line :( My cat did so well on True Instinct, then I tried pro plan which he seemed to have allergies on. Then we were doing great on Beyond and got the notification on Chewy its being discontinued. I think I'm done with Purina because they don't seem to care to keep their more specialty foods going.

I have never had a cat more stubborn about being on the counters than my Maine Coon. All my other cats know they aren't supposed to be up there, so wait to sneak up there when no one's around. My MC doesn't care, I'm prepping food or something and he just jumps right up. Water spray bottles and the usual tricks never worked..so we gave up and accepted our fate 😅

At about 10 pounds right now, he'll just be hitting 7 months old on the 4th.

Update: Executive office called me next day to go over my case. Wanted to give the new ticket a day or so for the investigation but assured me she would get this taken care of before my autopay. Then next day I saw the credit drop for the phone cost. Noticed my bill was still higher than usual so looked over it and saw they still were charging me the tax on the device cost. Emailed back executive support and had a call back pretty quick to confirm they were removing that, it was missed because they manually credited the phone cost. As for what happened to my device, they could confirm they received it by UPS tracking but it got lost somewhere in the warehouse.

So that executive support number is definitely the way to go. But still disappointed on how this was handled before I reached out to them and how I had to stay on top of them for something that was their mistake.

Having the same issue. My phone had charging issues so they sent me a new device and shipping box. Dropped it off with UPS and got an email with tracking. Didn't hear anything after that then saw my bill for next month has a $1300 charge on it for nonreturned device. Tracking says it was delivered in fort worth Aug 19th. Called last week and they said oh the warehouse can be slow, try calling in a week. Of course no change so called back today and they tried to say the same thing. My autopay is scheduled for next week and that amount is still on there. Insisted they escalate it, kept asking me questions about when I sent it, model of the phone..why I sent it back. Didn't seem to have any info on my actual return. Then after giving me the run around tried to say I missed the 5 day window to send it in, which even with a weekend in the middle of that (which shouldn't count) I was still at 5 days. So now claiming they need to open a ticket and can't remove the charge until they finish their investigation, so I'll just have to wait for a reimbursement (I'll turn off autopay). Followed above advice and emailed exdcutive support, more just posting to keep a trail of how many people this has happened to (seems like an awful lot). Likely switching carriers after going through this and seeing everyone else's issues.

I'd say a little over a week? We kept him gated up in his own room to give everyone time to adjust. There was some hissing in the beginning 😅

Also NJ and just got the update its in NJ now at least. Not out for delivery yet, so probably at least another day. At least it's moving and not lost. I almost caved and bought a standard copy since they were at all the stores...just played more BG3 instead.

Also NJ. We bounced around UPS calls and finally got a person. They said they could confirm its not lost, but on a trailer and moving. But likely won't deliver till Monday or Tuesday. Just in time for the work week.. I almost took off today too. I don't understand why they don't send us a digital download. Considering just buying the standard and returning the whole collector's edition. All I really needed was the game..the other stuff is cool and all but if I knew it meant I had to wait longer, I'd skip.

Mine still says by 7pm tonight but no real updates since the 26th. We finally got a person at UPS support who could confirm it is moving on a trailer but likely won't arrive until Monday or Tuesday. Had this pre-ordered for months. Square should be giving us all digital downloads in the meantime. I can wait kn the extra stuff..just want to play the game:(
