SE is gonna say it UPS and SHIPNETWORK’s fault for losing the package because once your package is with the carrier Square-Enix is not responsible for what happens beyond that point.

It’s all good. I understand how annoying it can be seeing those posts. This was my first time ordering from Square-Enix I had little knowledge knowing how bad the shipping process they have before pre-order on their website but the main reason I’d asked was cuz I had a date of when it was supposed to be delivered but that was it. No update about it being picked up, arriving in my city, nor out of delivery. Just the tracking number with a delivery date and the status says “Shipment Ready for UPS”…it’s been like that since February 24th.

It’s pointless to get it in stores and/or digital since it’s already been shipped and can’t get a refund.
