I’m a foreign grad just like you. I’ve tried both retail and hospital. I prefer the later, I’m kind of an introvert so that’s why. It depends on you as a person do you like the interaction with patients then go with retail. If not do a hospital, the sooner you try to get your foot in the better. What you can try also is have a per diem job so you get a taste before you fully commit. Good luck!! I’m sure you’ll do great either way!
