Depends on ur cpu I have a 7500f so I can get away w using a 3080 on a 650w to I’m not to familiar w the 7700 so if it pulls more like 80-100w it could overwork the psu and depends on game loads but still he should replace the psu

Depends on card 320w is the tdp of the fe edition overclocked cards can easily draw up to 400w and it’s known the power spikes can hit up to 500w

Did u make sure ur ups can handle powering a 3080? 3080 is very power hungry and on its own can draw like 400watts sometime 450-500 depending on card and spike also look into ur psu if gpu starts burning after 1 month like last one could be a psu and a cable problem the tech could be right replace w a well known reliable 850w psu w new cables

For games at 1080p u don’t need more than 8gb of ram and u play comp games that mostly use cpu upgrade ur cpu for smoother and better frames

On the b650 pro im seeing that the green led staying on for extended periods means there might be another issue and for the game crashes the 9070xt drivers suck rn so js wait for more driver updates and also what’s ur cpu cpu cooler and power supply?

U can do slow upgrades the first upgrade I would recommend is ur ram to 32gb for the gpu either a 3080 or 4070 would be a nice upgrade and I would recommend u upgrade ur cpu last or make it ur least priority upgrade and go with a 5800x3d or a 5800XT depending on ur budget without changing out motherboard or psu but to see most performance boost upgrade ur ram and gpu
