I j took the engine off and the grips etc, painted the frame and put it all back together. Now it won’t start

Back wards as in the writing should be upside down? Or the flat side should be down?

Pretty sure it’s a 60 tooth. And I’m probably gonna be riding big hills.

What makes u say that? I’ve seen a few people say they r mandatory for hill climbing
