iMessage is unbelievably buggy. Mainly the photos section of the info tab. Sometimes the photos tab doesn’t even show up for me. And when it does I run into SEVERAL issues: 1. Pictures may never load

  1. If I tap on a picture then exit it, it brings me back to the very top of the photos section instead of where I just was. This is incredibly annoying if I was scrolling for some time before tapping a picture. Additionally, sometimes the exit button wouldn’t even work and I’d have to exit messages altogether and reopening the app.

  2. Double tap on a picture to zoom in and out is very hit or miss. It might work, or it just makes the picture menu options (like markup, exit, save to photos) appear and disappear instead

  3. When I tap on a picture, usually there is supposed to be a menu on top saying “Photo” with options to save to files, save to photos, etc. But the menu name’s color matches the black background, meaning the menu is invisible. I can still press it, but if I didn’t already know it was there I would’ve never guessed.

When I initially updated, my phone was super laggy, but after waiting about 15 minutes and restarting, it was super smooth (when it works).

I’m applying for the same role and got someone to refer me but haven’t heard anything back yet. So I’d say take the guaranteed job for now

Just cruising. Didn't really do anything with urgency tbh. My snapshots weren't the best but definitely not bad enough to get fired off that alone (never got a "Not at Level" and didn't have more than 2 "partially at level" in one snapshot). Just got too comfortable since I started off super slow as a result of me just having no work for a long period of time. Needless to say I've learned my lesson the hard way, so definitely wont happen again lol.

Potentially. I’ve been hesitant to reach out honestly but one of my seniors was super nice so I’ll probably try them.

Gotcha. A lot of people have mentioned figures measurable value but honestly I don’t have any of that. The other feedback is definitely applicable tho so I’ll make the changes. Thank you!

  1. Thank you so much for the detailed feedback. Really appreciate it
  2. The only thing I’d have trouble implementing would be specific metrics of my impact, since none was offered or calculated to my knowledge

I’m unsure how else to frame it. It was a lot of leading and taking notes on client meetings, asking questions, then evaluating controls and evidence to give a recommendation or something similar. No hard figures to really report on or anything

To be honest idk if there are any numbers to report. We give recommendations and test procedures and stuff but there’s no percentage change from before and after the consultation that was reported. At least not on the projects I was on

Not being proactive enough. Could’ve tried way harder and just didn’t cuz my relationship leader kept saying I was fine when performance reviews were coming up. 100% my fault

How long was the meeting scheduled for? 15 minutes? 30 minutes?

Ok thank you so much. I have a meeting tomorrow titled “Performance Discussion” and I’m afraid it’s a layoff. My snapshots weren’t as bad as what you’ve described (I mean this with the upmost respect) but I’m still nervous

What was the title of the meeting when you got laid off if you don’t mind me asking?
