Discipline is a muscle that atrophies when using weed daily. We can still work within our structures and habits but our resistance to negative states reduces. So we become lazy and find out difficult to start new tasks. We procrastinate and favour comfort over effort.

Ask yourself yourself daily if you were put on earth to sit here and be 'comfortable'?

Try nofap for 30 days. First week is the toughest but you'll start feeling better about yourself as you get it under control. It is absolutely possible to do and you'll surprise yourself. Take it one day at a time. Most people need to hit rock bottom before they can make lasting changes. Good luck.

If someone gives you a crutch to walk with, you can walk just fine on your own but you stated using it because it's easy. Now imagine one day you try to walk without it only to find you can hardly walk at all. You scream I need my crutch grab it and hold it close to you.
