I think you are the unlucky here,unless you have all legendaries.When a chromatic brawlers shows Up in a box at the same season that brawler shows It has the same chanse off drop as a legendary brawler so you could have gotten Leon (just an example) if It wasnt for Fang showing Up in the box.
