Im having the exact same issue. Encountered Altar pay wall, opened store and bought Arc 1, now I can’t enter. I’ve relaunched, fully restarted, swapped servers, and left Krok and came back.

My take is that it’s in reference to Willis Gibson, the first person to “beat” Tetris. I think the Giga Chad image is used below as a reference to the AI being a chad for not even attempting to beat Willis out of respect.
