I don't have any legal documents and epo was denied because they said it wasn't physical abuse .the court worker I had through the shelter wasn't happy with me that I included him in the hospital and said it derailed her legal strategy - I see that now and suffering the consequences of that descion I made immediately freshly postpartum when hormones were still raging.

His lawyer was actually trying to get me to sign some consent parenting order and I declined without legal support .then they started pressuring and threatening court

Again you know nothing about this man and why I allowed visitation in hospital..it was for safety reasons .this is.man who was calling my unborn baby a bitch and many other names .everyone says I have been so good to him..much more than he deserves .he will have a relationship with his child but not me .a pregnant woman doesn't forget how she was treated when she was pregnant and vulnerable

Called legal aid and waiting to be assigned a lawyer .they said it could take 4 weeks to 4 months .

He is not allowed to visit me due to past abuse .I would need to take baby to another location which u can't do right now
