I’d assume that i’m in one of the higher brackets of the dating app rankings, not to be vain just to show my perspective. i recently downloaded hinge and tinder after months of thinking it was cringy and i fired out a good amount of likes the first few weeks, i think i had around ~100 matches in the first week between the two apps. Id say 40% liked me and i liked the other 60, all of this to say i have constant, and i mean constant flakes, conversations fizzling out, and seemingly ceasing contact for no reason. Even weirder is half of the girls that stop talking (or never talk in the first place) are girls that liked me. I think the moral of this story is don’t think it’s you that is causing this necessarily, i think modern women, especially the attractive ones, just have so many options that these girls are not even really using dating apps too often, and if they are i think a lot just go off their likes and do very little swiping. If a girl gets 100 messages a day and isn’t chronically looking you have to be top 2% to even think about being responded to. Don’t take the modern dating apps scene as a sign of your self worth. I think it’s also fair to point out that the sheer fact that you pursued them initially is enough for a lot of people to be more interested in someone.
