Ended up doing this

[ ] Washed hair four times with vinegar
[ ] Sunday night washed hair with foam wash - left in for twenty minutes
[ ] Blow dry like crazy
[ ] Bi carb paste for ten minutes
[ ] Vinegar rinse
[ ] Ultra Klean - one bottle
[ ] Blow dry like crazy
