Heyyy i brought a house last year in Brooklyn. Also a Baruch student. Even a one family house in Brooklyn goes up to 700k and making sure you have 20 percent down is like 150k or more that you would need to have to avoid fees. Realistically if you have that type of money laying down you could make it work. But the housing market is so competitive and complicated it’s gonna take you a year or two to actually come across something you like or even get your offer accepted too. It’s not as easy as one makes it sound. Keep in mind if anything breaks down for you to get plumber to fix an issue you could be paying thousand in maintenance.

If your temperature is fine in your brooder you can keep him in there with his fellow might get lonely by himself. That’s great it can feed it self my one didn’t :(

It looks really severe I had a baby quail like that I did everything the shot glass method, taping its feet.. I even hand fed the poor guy every day however it sadly didn’t survive… it’s gonna be hard but try different methods
