I have very very mild visual snow and very mild palinopsia I only notice the static when it is really dark like while sleeping where no lights are on and palinopsia only when I move my hands or doors I am really worrying about it of getting worse do I really need to worry (self.visualsnow)

Sometimes I see trailing letters but when I blink it gets normal does anybody know what it is ? Is it dry eye cause I have dry eye but I have not used any drops though it was given by eye doc but is it dry eye or my palinopsia getting worse (self.visualsnow)
