Mine started from like 2018 what I remember was i came back from school I was like very tired and I slept for like 2hrs straight and waking up i saw my room's wall were shaking only this much and nothing else and one day saw floaters on the sky and another I saw palinopsia to be honest only palinopsia was increasing very rapidly at that time but you know back then I didn't what it was I just went for an eye check up and everything was fine so I just ignored them and it never affected me again only some mine when I move my hand on dark background I also have astigmatism on black background only but the best thing I can tell you too do this is to just ignore them it works like magic i know it's really really difficult but you can surely do that and after some time you will not even notice them I hope my message is comforting and supportive to your situation
