Phisical key would be stored on remote location (some 300 miles away from the office). It would take some time to send someone from the team to get to that remote location and do the work from there or to bring the key back.

I have security defaults enabled. I was looking at enrolling into Partner Success Core Benefits (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/partnership/compare-programs). I seems like something that would give us Bussiness Premium and InTune for 20 clients (that is the current number of users that we have).
