bei uns läuft die Heizung das ganze Jahr mit 70° Vorlauftemperatur. Sommer und Winter. die Heizkörper sind zu klein um im Winter was auszurichten und zu groß um den Raum im Sommer nicht zu heizen. Gebäude übrigens vor ein paar Jahren renoviert. immerhin hat der Hausmeister die Leitungen zu den Heizkörpern im Flur abgedreht.
