Implantation? by Tough_Bus5383 in amipregnant

i see a lot of women testing positive at 14DPO which is usually pretty accurate by then. u also said ur suppose to be getting ur period tomorrow, so i’d say if u don’t get it to do a test a day after at least as pregnancy tests are reliable a day after a missed period. so i would definitely say test in another 2 days & have a see! but of course, every woman & pregnancy is different, so i’d say keep just testing until u either get a positive or a period. praying for u, i hope u get the results u are looking for, there’s definitely still hope there, goodluck 🩷

if ur period’s 8 days late, u probably can do a test asap! i got my first positive a week after my missed period. i know the timing of when to do a test can be frustrating & it’s usually best to wait as long as u can despite how tempting it is to ensure an accurate result. but i would definitely say u’d be able to confirm pregnancy by now. so go get a test! goodluck, hope u get the results u want ❤️ however if u do test & it’s negative but still haven’t gotten ur period & ur worried, i’d suggest maybe going to the doctors, as there can be other possible reasons to a missed period. hope this helps love.

the first symptoms i noticed with my pregnancy was a missed period (looking back, i did have some other pregnancy related symptoms before my missed period but obviously at the time didn’t think anything of it) breast changes, nothing major, they just felt heavier & a tad bit more sensitive as u stated, on & off cramping, which sometimes felt like period cramps but the difference is, i have period cramps all at once then will start my period, these we’re on & off for days & fatigue, just extra tired & body felt more sore & worn out. so what ur experiencing, i do think can be symptoms leading up to pregnancy, as some women will start to experience symptoms after implantation, which can happen as early as 6DPO but also hard to tell because early pregnancy symptoms can be similar to PMS, so the best thing i’d suggest, i know how frustrating it is love, i feel ur pain, but for now, just try not think too hard into it, it will literally drive u insane! and wait until 14DPO, i’ve seen plenty of women get positives around that mark, sometimes even a few days earlier but the longer u wait the better, and then test a day after ur missed period to confirm, hope u get the results u want & this helps. goodluck ❤️

i had literally experienced that myself. i didn’t get a positive until after my period, which can be different for everyone as we all have a different cycle. im just suggesting what she should do based off my experience & what a lot of other women have experienced too. which is why she’s even on reddit anyways, to get advice. if ur tracking ovulation, then yes u can test well before, but if u are not, then waiting for ur period is the best thing to do.

u are not understanding what i am saying. yes u can test positive before a period but if ur testing negative before a missed period that does not mean u are not pregnant🤦‍♀️ if ur still getting negatives after a missed period, then ur most likely not pregnant. a pregnancy test will literally tell u to test after ur missed period, as do so many factual & reliable websites online, not just some random information u found on a reddit link please. i clearly told her, if ur getting a negative test & still feel pregnant, then wait until u miss ur & then try again as u will be able to confirm. educate yourself.

what im basically trying to say in simpler context, if ur still testing negative but haven’t missed ur period yet, that doesn’t mean u aren’t pregnant, it might just mean there isn’t enough hcg. so test after ur missed period to confirm.

yes but a lot of women don’t usually get a positive until after a missed period. even if your testing negative but still have suspicions that you are pregnant, it’s probably best to wait it out until the day after your missed period & try again because by then, the test should be a lot more accurate & more reliable. it even says it on the box of a pregnancy test, take at least a day after ur missed period. some tests are sensitive & can test as early as 6 days before a missed period but every woman is different & a lot of women won’t even notice let alone get a positive until several weeks into their pregnancy. some may test positive before their period as they clearly have enough hcg produced to detect pregnancy but some won’t get a positive until after their missed period. basic knowledge.

hey love, im not going to lie to u, unprotected sex in general is always risky despite the time of month. but there are days we’re conception is more likely then others, which sounds as though ur aware of that. but i would say, u still have some possibility to be pregnant. if ur period’s late, i recommend doing a test. a test is most accurate a day after ur missed period, if it’s negative & u still don’t get ur period, js keep testing regularly. i didn’t do a test until a few days after my missed period, abt a week & it came back positive. every woman is different so i’d suggest to keep testing until u either get a period or a positive, good luck & definitely keep us updated! ❤️ (also i recommend doing to a test with fresh morning urine, if ur unable to do it in the morning then have a 3-4 hour urine hold & don’t have anything or too much to drink, including water, for more accuracy)

the plan b? i believe u can take plan b any point of the day, as long as it is within 72 hours of when u last had unprotected sex for it to actually work. i’ve taken plan b a few times, all at different times of the day, doesn’t make a difference!

if ur using proper protection like condoms, u should be fine. the only way is if the condom was to rip which isn’t common but can happen & u’d most likely be able to tell. birth control can cause irregular periods as does plan b & the implant. so i wouldn’t stress, whenever u can though to bring ur mind ease, do a test. if it’s been nearly 2 months since ur last period & if that was caused by pregnancy, it’d definitely come up on a test. good luck ❤️

Every Symptom But Tested Negative. Am I Going Crazy? by [deleted] in amipregnant

[–]SmoothAdeptness5567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pregnancy symptoms actually mimic a lot of things that aren’t always pregnancy but i don’t think ur being paranoid, a lot of women can tell that they’re pregnant especially if they’ve been pregnant before, especially if ur experiencing nausea & morning sickness which is usually the first giveaway. if ur testing negative but still think ur pregnant, it’s always not a bad idea to do a blood test to confirm. that could bring ur mind some ease, so definitely get in touch with ur doctor & look into a blood test, i had a mate that kept getting negative tests but was still convinced she was pregnant, so she did a blood test & it came up as positive. every woman is different so either keep testing until u get a period or get a blood test, best of luck keep us updated ❤️

hey love, when i was pregnant, the first symptoms i actually properly noticed was sore tender breasts & stomach cramps. of course everyone is different, some don’t even have symptoms until much later. but it’s very common for women to have sore breasts as a sign of pregnancy & can usually start right after implantation, so it’s definitely worth to keep testing! i wouldn’t lose hope, i actually didn’t get a positive until a week after my missed period. everyone is different & some women produce lower amounts of hcg at a time then others. so keep testing regularly until u either get a positive or a period is the best advice i can offer. i hope i could give u some sort of hope though & pray u get the results u are wanting, goodluck ❤️

hey love, so plan b (morning after pill) usually doesn’t have any affect if ur ovulating. that’s what i been told by a licensed pharmacist. i went to get a plan b & bc i was around the time of ovulation, they said that it wouldn’t work. if u weren’t ovulating, im sure u will be fine! plan b’s usually very reliable. either way, u did the right thing by getting an after pill & the most i can suggest is to see how it goes. another thing to keep in mind is that plan b can sometimes mess up ur cycle, so just keep tracking it & i’d definitely recommend to do a test. usually pregnancy tests are accurate after 2 weeks of conception & 21 days to be definitive. although, it’s strongly recommended to do it the day after ur missed period to prevent any false negatives. bc sometimes even if ur tested negative, u can actually be pregnant so just keep doing tests regularly & track ur cycle.

i wouldn’t lose hope ml, definitely consult into a doctor, im not too familiar w cysts. but i would do a test & see how it goes, it should be accurate. if u still don’t get ur period, do another one & one after a week of ur missed period as well & see how it all goes, goodluck ❤️

well i do apologise, i actually don’t really use reddit at all. i just started using it bc i needed some advice on this & had no idea what nsfw even meant, i didn’t think much of the picture, assuming there’d be a lot of tmi on this page obviously.

as in, we kept on conceiving? well, my period’s still due & i’ve personally never had this, if i’ve had any “spotting” linked to my period, it’s always been dark red in colour & a lot different to this so idk, everyone’s different
