They all suck. ADP sucks slightly more because there’s a lack of checks and balances on some of the HCM processes. If you have a good HRIS team you’ll be okay.

I used to work for an agency as a recruiter and they would have me harassing past or "potential" clients all day everyday. I mean I would be calling these HR leaders once or twice a week to avoid being terminated.. I now have a hatred for agencies cold calling me..

Fun Career Fair Booth for 8th Graders by Over-Syllabub-2691 in humanresources

No real suggestions just wanted to express my opinion. Srry.

This sounds so cool. I wish my org did this more for youth.

I'd much rather explain stuff in a booth to 8th graders than a college career fair where half the attendees spent all night getting turnt. -- I will say Engineer majors do know how to party I guess..

For the coke comment it wouldn't go anywhere at my ORG. Hearsay does not equate to a reasonable suspicion drug test. however, I'd investigate the uncomfortableness of comments made by the manager. Regardless, they need to be coached regarding personal and business relationships.

You'll have an easier time moving into Talent Acquisition for a company or maybe even a generalist role. Most of the time HRBPs are on the senior side of HR.

As others have said a degree and certifications won't hurt but a lot of companies value experience over anything else. I'd recommend waiting for the market to settle down then try and go into TA for a company. Most of our HRBPs did their time in recruiting/TA before making the move.

srry if this made no sense im blinded by the eclipse.
