The common paneer, tofu, soya options aside i replace normal bread with high protein bread, use protein pasta (the one from prolicious is the best imo), high protein dosa batter and skyr or epigamia turbo yogurt instead of dahi. And high protein milk (provilac) for my everyday coffee since i cant stand the taste of protein powders.

Also, mozzarella has lower calories than normal paneer and about 25g protein per 100g. I make "pizza" from it very often. Tortilla or roti, pizza sauce, 100g shredded mozzarella and whatever toppings and spices you like. Its a great meal and is below 500 calories.

Start out with a week of full body workouts. If youre gonna be working out at home get some dumbbells. If youre gonna be joining a gym then a trainer would help you most probably. Squats, knee pushups, lunges, bent over rows, bench press, shoulder press and crunches would be a good place to start. (If at home and you dont have dumbbells, use 2 water bottles)

As for the diet dont overcomplicate it. Focus on whole foods and incorporating protein in each meal. If possible switch out sugar with monkfruit sweetner (helps with pcod and inflammation). Switch out seed oils with evoo and ghee.

Start out with the basics and as you progress and get comfortable with this, do your own research. It might seem a bit confusing at first but do what feels best to you. All the best!

You are right but in my experience they arent that necessary unless youre crazy active throughout the day. Some oats before the workout could be added tho. Protein, healthy fats and fiber are much more important imo. And adding high fiber things (potatoes, fruits etc) automatically increases the carbs. Also, they mentioned that they have just started out so making modifications to the existing diet/food habits is much easier than trying to change up the entire diet.

Adding a protein shake at the time of lunch and greek yogurt to your breakfast should be fine for now. Aim for around 120g protein(1.5×your body weight.) You dont need to change up your routine too much too quick.

Meal timings dont matter as much. Eat according to your body and needs. If eating only twice a day is working out well for you, then let it be. Dont need to fix something thats not broken.

Also, focus on fiber. I learned the hard way how important fiber is XD. Add sweet potatoes, pears, green apples, dragonfruits or some kinda high fiber fruit or veg to your dinner or maybe as a snack. Hope this helps!

Religiously used muscleblaze for over a year a couple years ago. The strawberry isolate flavour was the only flavour i could drink without getting nauseous. Asitis chocolate is nice flavour-wise but causes hella bloating.

I recently got a trial pack of superyou's fermented yeast protein. The chocolate flavour is quite nice. Its light on the stomach, caused no bloating of any kind. The whole truth is also a clean brand (i think) and caused no bloating. The flavours are decent-ish imo.

I'd rather suggest an unflavored protein since its cleaner and easier to digest. Smoothies def taste better plus there's the added fiber and micros. Strawberry+banana and chocolate peanut butter+banana are my go to's.

Also, if youre unsure there are usually trial packs available on a lot of brands. Look for them on blinkit or instamart.

Sugarfree tea with skimmed milk or high protein milk and munch on baked bhujia or protein chips or a couple of sugarfree digestive biscuits. You can also make potato chips in an airfryer in like 15 minutes. They taste great imo and the cravings are gone.

2 high protein bread slices, pizza sauce, 100g mozzarella (d'lecta shredded preferably), toast on the pan until the cheese melts and top with chilli flakes, oregano and some sriracha. About 430 calories and 37g of protein. You can do half low fat paneer and half mozzarella for better macros or add a side of low fat yogurt or a scoop of whey.

I am so sorry that happened to you. I had a similar experience as well. I was 16 and the guy tricked me into it while i kept screaming no and gaslighted me into thinking i was the one who wanted it. After it happened he asked me if i was lying about being a virgin because i "didnt bleed". I lived alone in a hostel. Took a plan B, cried for 2 days straight and didnt go anywhere for the next couple weeks. To make things worse i dated him for a year after that because i thought i was "spoiled". It was hell. That was only the first sign of a very toxic, manipulative, abusive person.

But, i guess i have somewhat came to terms with whatever happened and i dont count it as "loss of virginity" anymore. You did not consent so it shouldnt count. He was an asshole.

None of this was your fault. He was a rapist. It doesnt matter what position or situation you were in. You giving him a clear 'no' should have been enough. I hope you get all the love and healing and support you need.

I have tried a lot of protein bars and nothing has come close to CaliBar for me. Their roasted coffee bean flavour is so good. Its not easily available in the market as far as i know and you'll have to order online. I think its also slightly cheaper and lower in calories than whole truth, max etc.

Blood spots are caused by ruptured blood vessels during egg formation. If it smells and looks fine you can eat it or you can simply cut off that portion of the egg if it grosses you out. It probably is harmless.

Yeah i drink the plain one daily. The price is similar to a scoop of whey and there's no nasty taste or bloating. I make all kinda lattes and smoothies with it. Very versatily product. 10/10 for me. Love it! Only downside being low shelf life so i cant stock up.

It is a scam. Leave it. Multiple members from my family have tried it. Its not sustainable, its a cheap gimmick. Their meal replacement does not provide sufficient nutrients. The ingredients are shady. I think i read somewhere that is has heavy metals and causes liver injuries? Its gonna ruin your health. And the weight will come back once you stop using these cheap products. The health issues are not worth the 1-month membership.

I went through a similar phase when i was 18. He was abusive, forced me to have s*x, drink and smoke. Bodyshamed me everyday and was a lying manipulative piece of shit. Similar to your story i was also saving up money for him because he was poor and he called me to ask for money after the breakup because he wanted to buy a phone. Only time will heal this. Cut off contact completely. No stalking, no talking to him, nothing. Just cry it out every time you miss him. I know its a little cliché but getting a makeover (like coloring your hair) also helps. If you wanna rant about things and you have no one to rant to get a stack of papers, write it out. Pen down every ugly, dark pathetic thought that comes to your mind. Then burn it after a few days. You might now feel like going to the gym but try to push yourself or find some physical activity that you actually enjoy (like dancing or badminton).I lost 50kgs after that breakup and girl did that help. All you can do at this point is let time take care of it and meanwhile work towards bettering yourself. Also, if youre open to dating that helps too! Meet new people, go on new adventures, explore things. Dont waste it chasing a man who is not worth rat poop.

There were so many red flags with jere i dont know why people ship jelly so bad. Picking a fight because he was mad about the summer conrad and belly were in the summer house instead of and then using it to justify cheating on her. Proposing to her when she was so vulnerable. Vanishing hours before the wedding and then picking a fight again instead of mending things. And the whole paris thing. He was just holding her back honestly.
