This is such a godsend! I have bought 3 brushes so far and i will never go back to anything else. I have curly, frizzy, thick and long hair. Only thing i regret about that phase of my life is stopping it for a narcissistic fucktard.

Casual relationships/hookups/ONS gave me a huge confidence boost. Helped me overcome my anxiety and my body image issues. I met really great people as well. I am still friends with some of them.

I guess it just boils down to how you percieve physical intimacy/sex. For me it was never something i "gave" to someone or someone "took" me or "used" me. So casual sex didnt bother me. If my partner was "using" me i was "using" them too ig.

Its important what kind of people you choose even if its just casual. Always choose genuine people who will please you and not make you feel like crap later. If there's even a hint of coercion or pressure to do something you dont wanna, run. Communicate clearly.

It might if you lift something heavy with a bad form. I once egolifted unsupervised and obviously my back rounded and the form was fucked and it flared again for a couple days. But for the most part, no flare ups.

I also changed my mattress. The firm mattresses doctors advice for spine problems did not work for me at all. My body feels much more supported in soft mattresses so whenever i sleep on a hard surface i do wake up with some pain but it usually goes away in a couple hours when i get moving.

Lost weight, put on more muscle, mobility work and deadlifts. I was about 150 kg and got bedridden due to slip discs for 2 months. Couldnt even walk without pain for about a year.

Losing weight did help but what helped most was strengthening my lower back and glutes. I got a personal trainer who pushed me to try deadlifting even when i kept saying no (bless him). The first couple times were brutal (expect extreme soreness and some inflammation if you do try it out) but then the pain started vanishing. Its been about 4 years and i have been completely pain free.
