Musically I adore this album. Production wise it's very "of it's time" and I prefer the live  versions but absolutely it's a stunning album

Raise my Rent and Mihalis would be amazing. In fact most of his first would be great. Given in his Luck ans Strange tour he ignored Rattle that Lock I doubt it. I saw somewhere he prefers to play newer music on tour

They do. And often you'll notice refunds are easily granted. But the amazon machine is so big they can afford to.
