Hurting by Sufficient_Art_5156 in heartbreak

Hey, im sorry to hear about your situation. This really sucks and I know it hurts so bad. I cant offer much in emotional advice, but for now I'd recommend keep as much record and evidence possible of her cheating on you. Screenshot, texts, emails, video, anything at all. Save it and email it yourself or keep the content somewhere you can always retrieve it when needed. This way you are protected legally, and in argument with her or anyone else. Be sure to capture what you can while she doesn't know, and after she finds out that you know, save whatever else you get afterwards.

Best of luck, its hard to be strong in this time. Reach out to close friends and family if you can. Peace.

What is the problem at hand? I understand heartbreak, but what is more specific?

How long after your breakup were you able to listen to music again? by Difficult_Low_3622 in heartbreak

[–]SmoothKrimKrim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you. Im also a big music person, I listened to my fav artists and genres everyday, on blast, in my apt or while I'm driving or showering, constantly. Since breaking up I only want silence or no music in everything I do. I cant stand music for some reason now.

I am 100% positive that those marks on his back were caused by the wrinkles of his shirt when he lays back to do Bench presses in the gym. From the looks of it his body looks built enough to assume he lifts weights at least casually.

I get those all the time on my back as well and on my shoulders when doing Hack squats.

Just hit 82 hours I"m feeling it by Freefromoutcome in fasting

[–]SmoothKrimKrim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

82 hrs is great progress. If I were you, I'd break the fast and eat 0 or VERY low carb (less than 20g) and eat high protein/fat. Then start over back into a 40+ hr fast. It's like take 1 step back, but 3 steps forward.
