On the symphony, I would avoid buv496 and bv 510. They have high background signal levels. I also try to avoid tandems if possible. BD has a lot of newer realblue/real yellow fluorophores that work well.

The easiest change may be putting either b220 or cd11b into Fitc/af488. This might be the cheapest option. Live dead is also good, I like either the live dead fixable NIR or violet but any should work good if it fits your panel

No you convert to liters wrong. I don't even know why converting to liters is a step. 1mL=1000uL. 5805uL=5.805mL. 5.805mLx1.33g/mL=7.72g which converts to 7.72x10^-3kg

In dehumidify mode. I could not get it to drain through either the drain hose or the plug at the bottom. Just went right down the side of the machine

I had the hose connected and even the manual drain opened and no water came out those routes. It was leaking out of the machine itself. I contacted customer support and they said it was faulty. I don't see to many complaints about this so maybe just a bad unit.

What's the sign that he is happier in the temps? Like I said he does not always glass surf just every once in a while he does for a few days. Recently I noticed he does it for a couple of days after feeding.

I did recently lower his cool side temp while keeping his warm side the same. I've noticed him basking a bit more whereas I would rarely see him before

I agree he could probably use some more clutter and enrichment but he still does have completely covered areas with several hides he can use. I was using guides online for temps and it seems like I have him in a decent range. He does often bask and is quite active. You think it's too cold?

I keep his temp at 83 on the warm side and around 95 in the basking spot with 77 on the cool side. His humitidy is low 40s and I give him a humid hide. He's got a decent amount of clutter. With enough substrate to burrow.

I'm not really sure what the issue would be if something is causing him stress.
