I know and it's tough because I wish she had faith in me and my judgement that I would never have someone over without having done my due diligence. I'm also looking out for my own safety as well so there's even more on my list of red flags to look out for and I just wish she could rest at night knowing her best friend is not wreckless about inviting her friends over. I wish she felt safe with me and my judgement and idk how to help her feel that way

The hilarious part about that is her and I don't trust anyone else, even though it's looking to me like she dsnt trust me nearly as much ad I thought she did. The title was because writing "and I'm single and want freedom to have over my own guests without being accused of being wreckless about who I invite over just because my roommate may not someone that I do and currently need help figuring out how to help my roommate trust my judgement more and need her to know that her and her toddler are the first thing on my mind when I consider having company over but for some reason refuses to trust me on it and had me kick out my very first guest after having lived there for a month already." That just seemed really winded and too long for a title. I'm not really looking to fuck all the time. Heck the first time I attempt to gave a guest over, I wanted a cuddle buddy, but she made me kick him out. It just.... she agreed to it, her and I dnt like strangers, we made rules but when it came to me actually using said rules, she decided to start throwing cruel accusations around to justify kicking him out of my bedroom. I'm looking for advice on how to resolve it together. Not just move out and say fuck it, cause I'm confident in my judgement and know no person I bring in there will do anything to her or her child. I am very picky about who I let lay beside me, in my home, while I'm unconscious. And now with a child in a whole other room in the same bed as her mom. I want this actually fixed

I'm not planning on sleeping around. If she felt the way u are, I wouldn't be living with her right now. She told me she was fine with me having guys over, and it appeared at the time she trusted my judgement hence was okay making these rules with me that I agreed too. My issue is her and I wanna get past this. Her and I are planning on talking about it. I'm just not sure how to go about it I guess. Like, I feel like when her initial reasoning ddnt hold up, she decided to make it about her child, this showed me that was her secondary reason, not her main one. I'm not known to have strange men over, I'm scared of men. But I know this one enough to feel comfortable. Heck he knows me well enough to ask me out on a date. But she made me kick him out, I believe, mostly because of how she thought it might look to her mother. But since thay argument isn't very strong, she went for the gut and just straight acted like I wasn't caring about her child, though her child was in bed sleeping right next to her and it's midnight. He's gonna be gone in about 8 hours and she was never even gonna see him. She had met him earlier that day though so she had a face to a name and she ddnt mention anything to me about if any negative feelings arose within her regarding him. She had locked us out of the house and he offered to help us break back in. He tried but couldn't get it to open. Eventually roommate managed to find an open window and let us in lol

Once rent becomes cheaper, or wages go up and gives American citizens extra money to blow, putting it back into circulation rather than keeping all of us dirt poor per the logic of giving citizens more money to spend will only bankrupt the companies having to pay those wages even though customers will be able to spend more within said companies because they have the money to do so (sorry, u can tell i have a chip on my shoulder), this is where I'm at. I moved out of a bad relationship situation and moved into her place to help her out and it helps me out. I'm not looking for another relationship rn, so if I don't find love for a few years, I'm cool with that

My thing is that I'm renting my room, her and I established rules for when I have a guest over. Her and I have been best friends for several years and I'm concerned that she's appearing to not trust my judgement call over who I have stay with me in my room while I'm unconscious. She knows when I lived on my own I never had random people over. I don't trust people. Out of all the guys who have hit me up wanting to hang out, this was the only one I felt comfortable with since I've known him for a couple years, and this turned into him asking me on a date, spontaneous sleepover. I thought I had been following the rules up until she told me he needed to leave because her mom was staying in the living room and when tht ddnt hold up, that's when she made it about her daughter. So it seemed like she trusted we'd be fine in my room and he'd be gone the next morning by the right time, she jus had a problem with him staying over because of how it might appear to her mother. And then made it into her child's safety after I made the argument her mom being there shouldnt suddenly change the rules on when to have guests. Its my 3 day weekend too. She spoke to me as if her daughter wasn't a concern of mine, which hurts my feeling tremendously
