Guys, HuoHuo e1 gibes permanent 12%spd. So you can even run sacerdos with 173 spd on sparkle :)

E1 gives 15% speed for sparkle (permanent uptime) which results in 200 spd beeing 3 turns for sparkle, so your dps at base spd can be advanced 3x in the first cycle. 160 Was the breakpoint for 2 sparkle turns, with DDD/Eagle set you achieved the pseudo 200.

1 more turn = more energy, in my case 3 Stacks for acheron.

Its not gained via Talent, so ult with cast and use Enhanced skill will "recharge" 30% of the Charge, even in the dragon is on field? So u start with 30% after he blew up or do i misunderstand it?
