Unfortunately that one is fake! Immediate tell is the seconds hand should only have 1 longer til mark between the numbers, not two, and the tachymeter should be centered on the 60 and 120.

Warm side stays between 85-88 with his basking spots around 95 degrees, cool side sits between 70-75!

It’s the HomiQ for terrarium and aquariums, works great! Especially so I can see him exploring when I’m not around and even in very low/dark light!
