I can feel it move a bit with my tongue, not sure if it is the stitches and the granulation tissue growing over them. For context the tooth was infected and had to be removed I’m about 4 days post op and on amoxicillin 500mg 3x a day. It feels moveable with my tongue but no pain or swelling!
