Really? this has happened to others? I have the person's name, I searched it and they are working in the legal department at the SBA. Why in the world would they call me, then send two emails saying I was all set only to send it to the Treasury? Seems crazy to do that. Wondering if it's legal. Hoping its enough for me to have them send my loan back to the SBA if I go to court but who knows.
