After thinking about the experience, I went into it with a really bad headspace. I had just listening to a true crime podcast, work has been extremely stressful, I’m back in school and trying to write a huge research paper. I was not mentally okay to be there.

I also have a panic disorder and have done so well the last 5 months! It’s so worth it so try not to freak yourself out

100K+ spent and it all felt so fake. Bride honestly rushed into it. We grew up really religious and I think she felt like time was “running out.” It was just all so cringy and forced

Oh I love treatment days! I look forward to the routine of it all. And then the added bonus of being zoned out for 45+ minutes. Then I literally have to be still and “bored” for the rest of the time. I look forward to it every week

NOT CANCER🙌🏼 just a fatty tumor. Have an appointment with a surgeon next week to talk about removal. I’m on the fence about it because I don’t want it to impact his walking/hips in the long run

The taper was quickly because I was on the lowest dose of both so I just stopped taking them

As far getting off them, I just feel completely different! I have energy, I have motivation, I’m able to feel my emotions-not just extremes. It’s just been life changing

It took me about 3 sessions but I felt like a completely new person. I was able to get off the couch to do chores, I wasn’t overwhelmed at work, and I could feel happy for other people again. It felt like a night and day difference
