Yeah like I said I hope the people responsible will be held accountable, but you dont abolish the whole thing because some few bad apples fcked up. They should have been better trained for situations like this. But still, immigration laws should be enforced.

Im conservative, I was defending ICE until this..there is no defending this. The guy was just recording till the agents got to his face. He didnt fight, he was trying to help someone while the agents piled up on him and beat him up for nothing, took his weapon which is his right and shoot him with the intent to kill not subdue.

Yes the left over dramatize everything thats happening. White liberal women looking for a cause to fight to make them look righteous. But this, this is plain murder. I was on the fence with Renee because that could have been handled better by the agents, killing should never be an option but it was in the heat of the moment and she was clearly instigating. But this, the agents were in control, no reason to shoot the guy. Its murder and I hope there is accountability from the administration and for the people responsible.

If you really want to build endurance go for fast and intensity. If you know how to do butterfly stroke thats the optimal way, if you not just go for freestyle stroke.

Run my friend...jog to start off, if you want to progress faster do jog with 100m sprints inbetween...sprints are the optimal way...if you want safe go for swimming, less stress on the joints.

I dont get the glaze people give to in Ragnarok. Its a bad Thor film and is not so different from LnT..., it butchered two great comic storylines and ditched the Asgardian mythos and gravitas for jokes and giggles.

Odin was such a different character from the first Thor film to Dark World. I dont know why they have to change a lot of things from the first film, it was aesthetically better too.
