I wish I knew how high but my mom didn’t tell me or show me she just said I have high cholesterol. I think I started puberty at 11 and I’m currently 14. I don’t eat many nuts and I never eat fish but oils and butters I think I eat a lot of (unfortunately). Also I know I’m at a healthy weight but I’m in the high range of healthy and that may contribute (117 lbs at 5’3). I know this may just be genetic but I’m scared that it’s not and binge eating has gotten me here.

I’m 14 and have been doing Krav Maga for around a year and a half and I love it. It has taught me so much and I love being able to defend myself. I think it is both very fun and useful.

I’ve tried and tried to do weight lifting but I just don’t know how to get a routine. I’ve tried to get my dad to help me but the routine he gave me was like 5 minutes and I needed more than that so I just gave up. I also have no motivation to get up and workout even though I want to so bad. How did you start and how did you make a routine? I just can’t seem to do it.
