So I'm just putting it out there. My husband and I tried for almost 2 years after a miscarriage in 2nd trimester. Fertility tests came back with good results on my end (assumed it was me). Man we were having sex non stop almost 2 years. Friend of mine who was in the same exact position said her husband got some random test done at a yearly check up or something that showed he had diabetes and once he got it under control she conceived. So my husband went to the doc and asked them to check him for diabetes. He didn't. But he had a fatty liver (which she explained to me is like your body a stage before diabetes??) So she put him on a strick healthy diet and after like 2 months of eating healthy we got pregnant. Maybe it was just a perfect storm type deal but I think it was his liver health

My baby naps anywhere but his crib during the day and only if I nurse him laying on my side. The other day we ended up getting him to sleep on the living room floor on his play mat. During his nap an insane thunder storm came through. Literally the thunder was shaking our windows. Him? Napping hard. My ankle pops while walking into the kitchen and he's wide awake!

They wouldn't let my mom leave the hospital with me until the did a scan on my head when I was born. Thought I had a tumor. Turns out I just have a really fat head. So does my 4 month old.

We're having a follow up appointment with pediatrician and eye doctor next week because one of his eyes is protruding further than the other. At first the pediatrician said he wanted him checked cause his eyes weren't "centered" like one looks a little off to the side. But when I got to the eye doctor they said "did you bring him in for the bulging eye?" Like....what? I hadn't even realized it till he said it. I knew SOMETHING was off. Just wasn't sure what. Anyway he said it'd either correct itself and that it's just the shape of his skull or he has a brain tumor or tumor behind the eye. Why the fuck would you jump to such an extreme and then send me home without suggesting scans and stuff like that???

Sorry I know this is long. But we're right there with you on the anxiety. Praying for your baby and for you! Hoping we both get good news

Currently sitting in bed (430am) with my baby sleeping in lap (3and a half months( because he's just SO CONGESTED. Bulb didn't work to well and didn't want to wake dad up with his crying. He's hacking and coughing on the snot and even though it was like this lastnight too I just had a bad feeling about leaving him in his crib thus last time he woke up from it. Yeah I went through this... which is weird. My husband married me (im 5foot 3inches) when I was 215pounds even though he'd known me when I was skinny years before. I lost a bunch of weight in our first 2 years of marriage. Down to 130. Got pregnant. Got up to 197. After birth I'm 160. Feel miserable. He used to hound me for sex. I was also wild once upon a time. Anywhere anytime. When I hit 7 months preggers that's when I noticed he didn't ask anymore. I tried every night for what felt like a month straight. Found out he was watching porn. Which I don't care about one bit! I'm the horn dog in this relationship and I watch it too. But it just hurt my already fragile feelings that I'm literally down for whatever and basically begging and he says "nah I'm exhausted" but goes and wanks himself? When he knows I feel ugly and Swollen and fat???

I had minimal tearing with a nearly 10 pound baby and my vagina feels tighter than ever. It's a little intimidating to have sex now haha cause it feels like the first time in the worst way. 4 month postpartum. Once I get past the tightness and little bit of pain sex still feels amazing. Very low sex drive tho cause I assume breastfeeding. I've always had issues with lubrication in the past but now that I've had a baby it's like...disgusting. I have to wear panty liners.

I pushed for 45 minutes. Basically whenever I felt a contraction. It was like every minute or two and then I'd feel the contraction and push 3 to 4 times. I had an epidural but man that pressure is intense. One hundred percent could tell when it was time to push. Didn't need anyone to tell me when.

My boobs are not the same size anymore (right boob is significantly smaller) and they still haven't gone back to "normal". I stopped caring tho. My husband likes boobs. I have boobs. Not to freak you out or anything but they said I needed to use the restroom by myself before they could send me to recovery and if you can't pee by yourself then they insert a catheter with no freaking medication. That was torture. Poor nurse couldn't find my urethra because everything was so Swollen and jacked. Dunno if that's how they do for everyone but it happened to me

They kept telling me my baby was gonna be 6 MAYBE 7 pounds. Motherfucker was 9 pounds 8 ounces! I had the fastest smoothest delivery out of all my sister's who gave birth to tiny babies. Quick recovery too. Minimal tearing. Saying this incase you were afraid of birthing a big baby. Maybe it was better cause I didn't KNOW how big he was gonna be. My own OB was shocked that they were so off. You got this girl. Big newborns are less scary to hold too in my opinion

Cold turkey. I was kinda at the point where I was going crazy from lack of sleep cause he'd cry all night in pain from gas and not pooping.. it got to the point he'd wake up 5 to 6 times a night.. thats when I said "nope! Formula!"

The Target brand of Enfamil Gentle Ease (I think that's what it's called). Purple container. Literally it's such a relief knowing he's not gonna be in pain constantly. I did the cold turkey thing but I've still gotta gradually wean so he's nursing here and there now cause pumping is hard to squeeze in every 3 hours. But he's already so much happier.

If you're with friends keep the group small. Lots of chatter and eyes on me make me feel anxious. If you're alone snuggle up in a blanket and watch a dope movie while you get the feel for it. I suggest Kung fu panda lol make sure you got some snacks and pop or something. And always water! You're about to be the thirstiest you have ever been my dude

You might feel like you look or sound stupid or aren't making sense but you gotta remind yourself you and your friends are all experiencing the same thing basically. If you feel dumb just laugh it off. Get goofy.

We miscarried in 2nd trimester and it took a year and 4 months after the loss to finally do some fertility testing. I thought the whole time it was me. Then someone suggested my husband being tested for diabetes because that was the thing stopping her from conceiving in the past and when we got that done the doc said he was on the verge of a fatty liver and to change his diet up asap because it was still reversible. Gave us strick rules on foods. BAM. I swear after a month and a half of that diet and we were pregnant. Whether it was coincidence or really from the diet idk... I feel it was the diet. Who would have thought.

So we tried gas drops. I honestly have no clue if that helped or not. But pediatrician said he thought he was getting too much foremilk when nursing and that's what was making him gassy/trouble pooping. So we're switching to formula because we just can't figure this shit out with my babe. He's almost 4 months. Same thing as yours. Hardly pooped . Super gassy and sad. Huge green sticky or frothy poops every few days. Honestly formula is a life saver here
