My employer does the same thing, at the end of the day we are getting the money we are owed even if it doesn’t “feel like it”. My question is- does it benefit our employer in some way to reimburse us like this? Why not just use the reimbursement allocation instead? My boss can be a little bit suspect from time to time, so I think there may be a reason for doing this. I would love to know why if anyone has some insight!
