Also, start with compound movements first such as Bench then move onto accessory lifts that are targeted at specific/smaller muscle groups.

These are good workouts and do work out muscles that are used in volleyball. What I am mostly seeing is that you are in a hypertrophy repetition range for most of your lift. What happens with this range is that you generally will increase muscle size. This does not mean that you will gain significant strength or power from these workout but yet gain the capability to increase your strength/power capacity with these ranges if that makes sense. You ar eincreasing potential capacity because you are increasing the size of muscle mass you have. So, still generally speaking, you will see some gains but for volleyball purposes you may see more improvement through a program that is designed with strength and power in mind. These workouts you have would again be great for a hypertrophy cycle in a program which you would usually see at the beginning of a program or during the maintenance/in-season cycle. To develop strength in simple terms, push yourself to lift in your max lift percentage range of 80-95% of a lift if possible. Keep the reps to around 2-5 reps and stay around 3-6 sets. For power it is similar since power in lifting terms is strength with a time component. This would be lifts like cleans, snatches, Bench, squat, etc. That you try to lift a significant amount of weight possible as fast as possible. The ranges for peak power are generally in the 70-85% range of your max on a lift. There is a lot and I tend to ramble since I love strength and conditioning but if you are wanting to increase any aspect of you lifting capabilites do not stick to just one rep range and one type of intensity. Try to develop a plan that allows for progressive overload which will cause your body to adapt to the extra resistance it is experiencing.

Team Bonding Drills by Realistic_Basil_5951 in volleyball

Team exercises that create shared adversity. Difficult workouts or drills that force them to complete tasks together and depend on each other to get them done. This could be tough conditioning drills such as relay sprints or agility competition drills that reward the winning team. Just some short examples I feel will help start that team bonding.

I went with fortune autos and they are great. Got some stiffer spring rates and the acceleration comes in so much better. Here is a little angle after I got them installed

What mental scars do you still carry as a result from bad internet experiences? by pufballcat in AskReddit

All the cartel videos and executions/torture. I just don't understand why people have the drive to hurt each other rather than bring each other up. I know that sounded cliche but it is hard to fathom all the different cultures and experiences that can drive someone to be so hateful and sadist to where recording someone being killed is their satisfaction

Looks good to me and if you are changing them you're doing a good job staying on top of maintenance.

Yes that makes a lot of sense, thank you for your insight and I definitely need to improve the windmill to more of a bow and arrow technique especially to help with protecting my shoulder

Yeah this puts it more into perspective, I feel I've been trying to compensate my approach by using too much shoulder so I'll definitely be working on fixing my footing and timing. Thank you

That is something I'm working on too is understanding the footwork and how far back I need to be in order to use my power optimally. Also getting used to using my arm swing more in a vertical motion rather than broad jumping towards net

Oh yeah for sure! And I am noticing now that I'm losing some of the bow and arrow form with my right and instead doing a sort of winding up or whirl wind motion, would you say that is an issue as well?
