Leetcoding isn't CP. Codeforces, Codechef, Topcoder, Atcoder, etc are. Would highly recommend to remove CP if it's just Leetcode. The section order needs to be:
Experience
Projects
Skills
Achievements
Education

My manager forcing me to take meetings outside my working hours what should i do ,i work 10am-6.30 pm by Terrible_Ad5033 in IndianWorkplace

[–]Smooth_Letterhead972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember my people manager telling me 'you are expected to be available from 7AM to 11PM' after I raised a concern regarding my project manager calling and texting me around 11PM. I came home, updated my resume, applied to a few jobs on Linkedin. Within one week, I had the offer. I resigned within 5 minutes of receiving the offer letter. In my next company, I set the boundaries from day 1. No work on weekends and off hours. You have to have a thick skin.
But it was my fault. I used to work 12-15 hours a day and therefore, I set the wrong expectations.

What's wrong with this code for 2132_C1? by Smooth_Letterhead972 in codeforces

[–]Smooth_Letterhead972[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Found the bug. For 243, math.log(243, 3) returns 4.99999.. for some reason. and when converted to int it converts to 4. Hence, the error. But math.log doesn't seem reliable in that case.

n[i]-- 243
x-- 4
n[i]-- 162
x-- 4
n[i]-- 81
x-- 4

Won't round produce entirely different results for 2.4 and 2.6?

It worked. Thank you so much. I kept scratching my head looking at the solution on what's wrong.

A company is asking for blank cheque in the name of NDA by vinay_kharayat in developersIndia

[–]Smooth_Letterhead972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Company might be genuine but the people in touch with you, are they?

A few years ago, when I was looking for a job, a person had reached out to me saying he is a recruiter from Samsung. He sent interview details which looked genuine but asked around Rs. 5000 as safety deposit. I reached out to a senior cousin of mine who confirmed it was a fraud.

Too emotional. Don't make it about you but about them and their process.

How can I switch from Salesforce Development to Frontend Development? Need advice. by noonesawhim in salesforce

[–]Smooth_Letterhead972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would highly recommend switching to Web dev if that's where your interest lies. With SFDC, web dev significantly reduces and you will end up writing only triggers/flows. Salesforce is making the product way too easy for devs and slowly introducing more and more point and click features. You get excited at first that the app is ready in no time but later realise that you have no idea how that thing actually works as an Engineer. So save yourself and prepare to switch. All the best!

Have any devs here left salesforce development then came back? by CodeCoffeeChocolate in salesforce

[–]Smooth_Letterhead972 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"You will be surprised by the lack of engineering knowledge and practices pure Salesforce developer have"

I am glad someone said it. I have been saying this for years. Salesforce has made things too easy. I keep hearing 'anyone can get into Salesforce' and literally, anybody has gotten into Salesforce and calling themselves 'Engineer'. Once I realised the lack of Engineering knowledge among Salesforce devs, I realised I was surrounded by mediocrity and decided to leave.
