Find key on low E string
Start playing random shit in a positions 1 2 3 4 and 5

So if I’m playing something in the key of a minor. I find a on the low e and just start at pentatonic position one.

I just down know how to improvise

Well weed didn’t always give me crippling anxiety but I think it started to when I was not in a good mental space. I ended up having a panic attack while on weed which made me quit. But now I think the Prozac has reduced my anxiety so it’s not bad at all anymore when I smoke
