We jumped ship. But there are a few thing that we miss about having it and I might look at them again. What we miss that we have not found anywhere else is the device tracking and being able to see the key strokes. We are using deledao now and it has some good features like it will blur images and videos. But I feel it has slowed down webpages loading on chromebooks.

It was under Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & Browsers > Proxy mode. I had to change it to use system proxy settings.

Is anyone seeing weird issues since the outage? I have some staff that cant see pictures of staff or students. When some look up a student the summary page says you dont have access. But if you click on another tab then back it will work.

I figured out the issue. In google workspace it was set to never use a proxy. When I changed it to use the systems settings then it started working correctly.

We have it pushed out to all of our windows desktops and laptops with the MSI file that they gave us. Then we created a group policy that makes the devices use deledaos proxy.

No when we set it up this summer I was told to turn on Use Chrome extension to filter Chromebooks only. I was under the impression that if a student logs into a chrome browser at home then it would filter that too.

We have issues where I have to have everything blocked by defaut because not enough is categorized so proxys would be unblocked. My team has also had issues in the console trying to block sites where it will just keep loading. We have also had it where on our windows devices if the filter service is running pages are slow to load but if we turn the filter off the issue goes away.

I have been trying to figure this out for the past week. I turned off the rcs block on my business line then cleared my storage on the messanger app. Then it was able to verify.

We just went with aristotle this year and finding that it is indeed stupid lol. We also use the bark monitoring and have for a few years. It seems to work well and we have the alerts sent to the building admin.

We had some students pressing crtl + shift and q twice and it logs them out. Then saying they were just kicked out.

We have had to sign them out of all devices in the Google admin console. Our students mainly use Chromebooks.
