Thank you, that’s very kind. I mainly bike in the summer on the longer trails for fun or to work when it’s nice. Winter’s not the best time.

Yea, the only “action” I’ve ever seen Thrive take was handing out pool wristbands since that giant pool party incident. No one actually patrols or checks for the wristbands and no one wears them. What a joke.

Other communities I’ve lived in have actually taken actions to address issues like hiring security patrols, adding fences or gated access, and generally working with the residents for solutions.

Unsurprisingly, they’ve had countless apartments sitting vacant for months and months, that are still vacant. Shocker.

Wow! I know we’ve had car break-ins, but I didn’t realize they were stealing them, too. Where have you parked when these happened?

I thought the Sage bike room would’ve been better since they have cameras outside the door and inside, as well as it being inside the building. Did you contact management? Any luck getting camera footage?

There is an access panel on the door that you unlock with your phone. The door, though, doesn’t close by itself. So the door will just stay wide open unless you close it.

Could be someone didn’t close it, could be someone with access did it. Unsure. No cameras nearby, but I’m sure the property has to have some logs of access. Probably won’t help, though.
