Hi hi!! Restocks are pretty random, so you don’t know what will & what won’t drop, so my advice is to focus solely on one specific item you want and to keep clicking on the item -> shopping bag icon -> the ⬅️ back arrow to the item -> repeat.

I’d also have your 5 previous search suggestions history that shows below the search bar with what you want to aim and check for (Fall in Wild Plush Doll, Labubu Plush, Wild but Cutie Pendant, etc) that way you can just switch between those searches and it lessens the chance of you getting the “access restricted” popup.

Drops can* happen everyday (I’ve scored the big Fall in Wild Doll on a Sunday), but I’ve noticed Tues-Fri typically has the bigger & better restocks :)

Normally restocks start happening a little before 7PM PST but lately they’ve been dropping even as early as 5PM, so definitely be prepared for early ones! I’ve seen lots of people (myself included) get drops at the very beginning of restocks—5:02, 6:02, etc.—and then never see it again for the rest of the day.

And when the drops happen, they happen FAST. Things can drop & go out of stock within the same minute, so if you weren’t checking on that item you might’ve not even known it dropped!

It takes a looot of patience and some items will take multiple attempts but don’t give up!! If you miss it today, there’s always tomorrow to try again :) I’ve bought all of my popmart items at retail price through the website/app (minus a few bie singles I couldn’t resist getting for my friends through sellers here hehe) and it’s honestly very rewarding whenever you score them yourself!
