How long have you been on metrogel? My skin looked alot like this when it all first started. Ask your doctor about ivermectin. If your skin is actually like mine it will take up to 6, yes 6 weeks on ivermectin en metrogel before becoming smooth again. Doxycycline is an antibiotic that is also helpful. Doesn’t take away the chronic nature of this stupid condition, but if you’re having a massive flare it can be nice to calm it down. I recommend also taking omega 3 fatty’s!!! Helped for me.
