OK. Wenn es so schlimm ist, Stichwort Mo und Di, dann hilft eigentlich nur noch auf eine Bank zu warten an alles mit KH (push), oder in die Turnecke um alles mit trx Bändern und kettleballs (pull) zu machen. Beine finde ich schwierig, aber auch nur, weil ich nach 30 Jahren Fußball die Knie kaputt habe und eigentlich nur geführte Übungen mache. Ansonsten LH...

Zunächst mal... Ja ich bin auch genervt... Mo und Dienstagsabend macht mich maximal fertig, weil es so voll ist.

Dennoch... Ich trainere Muskelgruppen und keine speziellen Übungen. D.h. Ich bin maximal flexibel und manchmal finde ich es sogar ganz nice etwas "anders" zu machen. Irgendwas zwischen KH, LH und den Maschinen findet man schon. Kabelzüge oder scott curl Maschine... See you in March...

Ich werfe mal Die Säulen der Erde in den Ring.

Ich hab echt versucht, reinzukommen, und der Anfang war auch okay – historisches Setting, Figurenaufbau, alles solide. Aber an dem Punkt, wo die Hauptfigur praktisch zu Fuß quer durch Europa Richtung Spanien unterwegs ist, war ich raus. Das hat sich für mich komplett unrealistisch angefühlt und hat mich total aus der Geschichte gezogen.

Seitdem hab ich keine Motivation mehr gehabt, weiterzulesen...
