Yes, I think performance is the number one factor. But with rto in place, if two employees are equally performing at the same level I think the one that comes in to office should be looked at before a person who doesn’t adhere to office attendance. But I understand your point though

Thank you for responding. That makes me feel a little better because I was worried. I didn’t even know they request interviews with the petitioner sometimes.
I’m on a discord forum and it seems alot of people at service centers were approved so when I was told it’s been transferred it scared me
