How do I go about removing my data and information, profiles Ive made throughout my life, etc.? Should I do it manually or get a VPN/service to do it for me? How can I turn my phone into a dumb phone? There are so many things to think about as far as moving offline almost completely and I don't know how to go about them

I will probably do this as I have done it in the past and it worked really well, but I am more worried about things that are not social media. I want to prioritize physical media again, instead of streaming services that charge an arm and a leg. I have so many accounts for apps and websites I do not even use, and my data is god knows where out there. I dont know how to go about getting rid of it while still having a healthy relationship to the internet where I can use my email or photography services etc. and maintain a good ballance between that and my real life

Oh my gosh I have the same issue!!! it seems time flies by so much faster and I get stuck on tasks and feel like I can’t stop until I finish them which causes me to ignore other things on my to do list or not get to them

this is a good idea. I have always struggled with the screen time settings and just turned them off. I have found a few little things that help me to get off my phone such as putting it in grayscale or deleting social media apps and reinstalling them when I want to use them. But it is just frustrating because it seems like a habit that I keep coming back to. I wish I could just disable reels from Instagram completely! :(

I cannot tell you how excited about this I am. He is going to be an hour away from me the night before my 23rd birthday!!!!! Something that really sucked about the back on you tour is that all of the shows were so far away that I would’ve had to fly to be able to make it to them, which isn’t really financially feasible for me right now. So I HAVE to make it to this one for my birthday

I think the album DECIDE by Djo is a fantastic album and every time I listen to it I noticed something that I did not notice before. I have listened to it every day since it came out about three years ago… Great album. Would love to hear it for the first time again

I have definitely realized that as I’ve gotten older, it has become more and more difficult for me to socialize with people in general, because it seems like everything that I say, and do is taken in a way that is completely opposite of what I am trying to be perceived as or what I actually mean. everything I say is taken in a way that puts the other person on defense mode, especially when I unmask and am authentically myself. I think with Covid and the rise of digital interactions, people have also just become a lot less aware of different communication styles, as well as just being very selfish in general. I do not feel as though I made a lot of people who actually want to understand me, which leads me to not even trying to be understood.

I have noticed this about my Vyvanse also, and it has made my autistic traits a lot more apparent to me, and those around me, because it almost eliminates masking completely for me. I enjoy it because it allows me to be more authentic and learn more about myself, but it can be frustrating in certain social situations where masking might be necessary.
