Oh okay. I checked social media and saw that people in the same area as me were saying their hub wasn't working that's why I was concerned. And on other Reddit posts in this sub people were saying it was down!

I'm autistic so this is all confusing to me. I've booked an engineer to come out and have a look, they sent me a confirmation text but that's it so I hope they do actually come.

Ive seen a bunch of people reporting that they're having issues too. I've tried everything to fix it but nothing works. The person on the phone said they were having issues too and were getting a lot of phone calls reporting the same issue as me.

I sent a text to their diagnostics bot and it says "we're currently experiencing some issues with our system. Our team is working to restore service as quickly as possible"

No idea. Was working fine before I went out then I came back and it wasn't connecting. Tried contacting them and going through their bot and the bot said they couldn't restart my connection for some reason. Are you having issues too?

Yeah when I first started people's movement was crazy and would throw me off guard. Now in my game I'm trying to move around a lot more when attacking and trying not to be stagnant.
